Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointment Confirmation
All services are provided by appointment. An appointment is considered confirmed once it has been booked and accepted by Ink’d Official Notary & Signing Agent L.L.C.
Payments & Service Fees
Service fees may include scheduling, travel, administrative preparation, mobile convenience, printing, shipping, witness coordination, technology, or other service-related costs.
Florida notarial acts are charged separately in accordance with Florida law.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Additional fees may apply for travel outside the standard service area, after-hours appointments, rush requests, witnesses, printing, shipping, apostille processing, or specialty services.

Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined based on the status of the appointment and services already performed.
Once travel has begun, an appointment has been attended, documents have been reviewed or prepared for service, witnesses have been arranged, printing has been completed, or other administrative work has been performed, the applicable service fees are non-refundable.
Completed services are final and non-refundable.
No refund will be issued because a document is later rejected, cannot be filed, cannot be used immediately, is not accepted by a court, government agency, attorney, title company, lender, or any other receiving party, provided the requested notarial or related service was properly performed.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their documents meet the requirements of the receiving party before scheduling an appointment. Ink'd Official Notary & Signing Agent L.L.C. is not responsible for the legal sufficiency, acceptance, or future use of any document.
Refunds will not be issued due to:

Changes in the client's circumstances or decisions.

Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated documents provided by the client.

Missing signers, witnesses, or acceptable identification.

A signer's refusal or inability to sign.

Failure to meet legal requirements necessary to complete the notarization.

Client scheduling conflicts, late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows after applicable cancellation deadlines.
If Ink'd Official Notary & Signing Agent L.L.C. is unable to provide a prepaid service solely due to circumstances within our control, the unused portion of the service may, at our sole discretion, be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.
Mobile Appointments
Mobile services are provided at the client’s requested location within the designated service area.Travel fees may apply outside the standard service radius.The notary reserves the right to refuse service if a location is unsafe or inaccessible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. Any eligible prepaid service amount may be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Service, travel, reservation, or administrative fees may be non-refundable.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows: All service and reservation fees are non-refundable.

One reasonable rescheduling request may be accommodated when notice is provided in advance and availability permits.
Reserved appointment time, travel, and administrative
preparation are included in service fees.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.Appointments delayed 15+ minutes without communication may be considered a no-show.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
• All required signers and witnesses are present when applicable
• Acceptable government-issued identification is available
• Documents are complete and ready for notarization
• Names and information on the documents are accurate
• The signing environment is safe and accessible
• Any requirements from attorneys, courts, agencies, lenders, title companies, or receiving parties have been confirmed before the appointment
If an appointment cannot be completed because of missing documents, unavailable signers or witnesses, unacceptable identification, incorrect documents, unwillingness or inability to sign, or other client-related circumstances, applicable service and travel fees remain non-refundable.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
RON appointments require a compatible device, reliable internet connection, and successful completion of the identity-verification requirements of the approved online notarization platform.
Platform, technology, witness, or additional service fees may apply.
Fees associated with failed identity verification, client technology issues, or missed RON appointments may be non-refundable once the session or verification process has begun.
Important Notice
Ink’d Official Notary & Signing Agent L.L.C. is not responsible for determining whether a document is legally sufficient, appropriate for a client’s circumstances, or acceptable to the receiving party.
Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or select, prepare, or modify legal documents unless otherwise authorized by law.
